Job summary

ATS+Partners is seeking an A-Packer for our TPT Plant to lead packaging lines and ensure timely, accurate case filling. You will report to the Packaging Supervisor and come in 30 minutes early to set up lines, complete inspections, and document results according to customer requirements.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, punctuality, teamwork, and strong attention to detail. You must be able to lift 25 lbs, work Fridays to Sundays, and uphold Food Safety standards including HACCP

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow directions and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for safe work practices.
• Accountable for the productivity of the packaging area.
• Champion Targeted Pet Treats goals, policies, visions and values.
• Start shift 30 minutes early to set up production line.
• Complete all required paperwork/inspections completely and timely.
• Fully understand department Story Boards and packing procedures.
• Fill, seal, date, case and palletize products per customer requirements.
• Understand and perform proper sku changes and end-of-shift cleaning.
• Support Food Safety, HACCP and SQF compliance.
