Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment (automated environment preferred).
• Professional Certification (Leadership Training, College Coursework).
• BA/BS or MA/MS with manufacturing automation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Drive key performance metrics in Safety, Quality, and Delivery while spending ~65% of time on the production floor.
• Team Development: Mentor line associates and develop capabilities, fostering an Equipment Owner mindset.
• Performance Optimization: Analyze production losses and drive continuous improvement aligned with unit goals.
• Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate issues by assessing trends and implementing preventive measures.
• Communication Excellence: Lead Tier 1 production meetings and align across the LCO team.
