Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Team Lead to coordinate line operations across multiple stations on-site. You will drive safety culture, implement TAKT, 5S, NCMS, and TPM practices, while training staff and ensuring quality and schedule adherence. This role offers competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include supporting line leaders, maintaining continuous improvement, and ensuring the line meets TAKT targets with effective communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Team Lead roles require TLDP or Weld certification and 2+ years experience as TL.
• Must be able to work on multiple stations and follow TAKT, NCMS, and TPM procedures.
• Experience with 5S, MDI Board, and GEMBA/LGS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities to meet objectives.
• Lead safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, and training on the line.
• Train on safety, company policy, scheduling, OT, Std work and NCMS.
• Maintain TAKT, line standards, and escalation processes.
