Newly Weds Foods - Dyersburg, TN is seeking a Production Team Lead to supervise a manufacturing line, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and coordinate daily work orders. The role emphasizes leading a team, maintaining documentation, and supporting maintenance and QA processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, at least 1–2 years in a food manufacturing setting, and a proven ability to drive continuous improvement on the production floor.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred in food manufacturing.
• Minimum 1 year as a line lead in manufacturing, preferably food industry.

Mansioni

• Operate and oversee line functions and ensure safety, quality, and throughput.
• Assist Area Supervisor in scheduling and coordinating daily activities.
• Maintain production and quality documentation and SOPs.
• Support GMP and food safety compliance and cleaning procedures.
• Communicate with maintenance on recurring issues and repairs.
• Train and mentor new line workers and provide ongoing support.
