Job summary

ATS+Partners is seeking an A-Packer for the TPT Plant packaging department. You will lead a production line, start early to set up and ensure paperwork and inspections are completed on time, and align with customer requirements on packed goods.

This position requires reliable, detail-oriented teamwork with strong time management. Weekend work is expected, with a $1.00 shift differential and full-time hours on Fridays through Sundays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written procedures.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Working Hours: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday - 4:45am - 5:45pm ($1.00 Shift Differential)

Location: TPT Plant

FLSA: Hourly

Overall Focus:

The A-Packer is a working leader who is responsible for the following responsibilities. Show up 30 minutes before the start of shift to set up their production line. Complete all required paperwork/inspections completely in a timely manner. Understand story boards and packed finished goods in accordance with customer expectations and/or requirements. This job description is not intended to be all inclusive of every job function. All employees shall perform as directed by their supervisor or management team.
