Job summary

MANN+HUMMEL in Fayetteville, AR is seeking manufacturing staff to operate machine tools, perform chemical processing, and manage assembly or packaging equipment according to production specifications, schedules, volume and quality standards. You will move, pack and sort raw materials or finished goods, monitor output quality, and keep accurate daily production records used for performance analysis.

You will support quality and HR/HSE compliance, and assist with maintenance to minimize downtime

Responsibilities

• Operating machine tools, chemical processing, assembly or packaging equipment to manufacture products according to production specifications, schedules, volume/ cost/ wastage targets and quality standards
• Moving, packing and sorting of raw materials or finished goods
• Monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard or re-manufacture faulty products
• Administering accurate daily production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis
• Supporting efforts to meet quality standards and ensure compliance with HR regulations, data protection laws and health, safety and environmental (HSE) requirements
• Supporting the maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
