Surge Staffing is seeking a Line Lead to support daily warehouse production operations in West Jefferson, OH. This full-time role involves guiding a production team, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining quality standards on a Monday–Friday schedule with early morning hours.

The position requires prior warehouse or production experience and demonstrates strong leadership and communication. This is a hands-on role with growth potential into higher-level supervisory positions.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment required.
• Leadership experience (Line Lead, Team Lead, Trainer, or similar) preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic computer skills and ability to complete data entry and reporting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support production team members throughout assigned shifts.
• Ensure production lines operate efficiently, safely, and on schedule.
• Train, coach, and assist employees on processes and quality expectations.
• Monitor product quality and conduct inspections during production.
• Track production output, line performance, and daily metrics.
• Complete production reports and required documentation accurately and on time.
• Assist with attendance tracking and workforce coordination.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse and production leadership.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
• Support continuous improvement in productivity and workflow efficiency.
