Stemilt Growers is seeking a full-time team leader for the Olds A-Line at the Old Station Plant in Wenatchee. The position involves overseeing the production line, monitoring quality, and making quick decisions under pressure.

Candidates must have knowledge of fruit grades and pack schedules, alongside excellent communication skills. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical and dental insurance, 401(k) contributions, and paid time off.

• Ability to train new hires in job functions.
• Must be able to make quick informative decisions under pressure.
• Detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of pack schedules is required.
• Ability to do repetitive work while paying attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills are necessary.

Responsabilités

• Assist the supervisor in implementing Stemilt standards.
• Be a team leader and motivate the line.
• Adjust line speed as necessary.
• Monitor cost per box and quality of production.
• Ensure tickets in are cleared.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Number of openings: 1 Fulltime, Year Round

Location: Olds A-Line - Old Station Plant

Working Shift: Day Shift

Hours & Work Days: 5:00 am - 1:30 pm, Monday - Friday; May vary depending on production.

This position will require a pre-employment drug test.

Qualifications:

• Assist the supervisor implement Stemilt standards throughout the line.
• Be a team leader and motivate the line.
• Adjust line speed.
• Monitoring cost per box.
• Insure tickets in are cleared.
• Monitor quality of production.
• Other duties may encompass other than the duties listed.
