Job summary

Zohorecruit in West Chester, United States, seeks a Line Lead responsible for Safety, Quality, Production, and Cost performance within their area of ownership of the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities include operating and maintaining equipment used in medical device finished goods, owning manufacturing systems, ensuring safety, driving a culture of safety, complying with GMP and SOPs, meeting production targets, and mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Lean and continuous improvement experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment & processes used in the production of medical device and consumer product finished goods.
• Ownership of Manufacturing Systems and Processes to support the Manufacturing Operation.
• Responsible for the safety of all technicians.
• Drive culture that reflects the Company's Safety Values in all daily work.
• Operate in compliance with all Safe Practices & SOP's.
• Completion and adherence to all Quality SOP's and GMP's.
• Maintain and cultivate a quality-focused culture in a manufacturing.
• Meet or exceed Business Performance Targets for Production, Process Reliability, & Scrap.
• Responsible for the staging area accuracy and organization.
• Other duties as deemed necessary.
