Saddle Creek Logistics Services in Belton, MO is seeking a Line Lead for the 1st shift in our kitting operation. You will direct up to 30 temporary workers, ensure accurate assembly, and coordinate flow with other production areas to meet daily goals.

The role emphasizes hands-on supervision, adherence to safety and quality standards, and effective communication with supervisors and teams. Prior lead or supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings.
• Basic math calculations.
• General knowledge of computers.
• Prior lead or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise up to 30 temporary employees in production.
• Follow and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Analyze and resolve work problems; assist others.
• Motivate workers to meet goals and maintain harmony.
• Issue clear written and oral instructions.
• Maintain time and production records; coordinate flow of materials.
• Troubleshoot machine and equipment malfunctions; report to maintenance.
• Advise staff on care, storage, and handling of items; proper use of equipment.
• Ensure corrective action is taken to resolve defects; communicate issues.
