Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services in Belton, MO is seeking a Forklift Operator for 1st shift. You will operate a forklift, use handheld scanners, and move pallets within a fast-paced warehouse.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of forklift experience, can lift up to 50 pounds, and passes a pre-employment screen. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth in a safety-first environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
• Minimum 1 year experience operating a stand up or Order Picker / Cherry Picker forklift.
• Experience with RF equipment.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 50 pounds in a warehouse environment.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Must be able to work overtime and adjust schedule as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently according to site safety policies.
• Use handheld scanners for warehouse management system compliance.
• Perform daily maintenance inspections of equipment.
• Work cooperatively with warehouse colleagues.
• Keep the facility clean, neat, and orderly.
• Other duties assigned by supervisor.
