Saddle Creek Logistics Services in Belton, MO is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead for the 2nd shift (Kitting) to oversee loading, unloading, and warehouse operations. This leadership role will assign work, guide associates, and ensure safety and quality across daily tasks.

You will supervise warehouse personnel, troubleshoot equipment issues, and maintain accurate records while delivering excellent customer service and supporting efficient, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a warehouse.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsabilités

• Assign tasks to warehouse personnel and oversee unloading, staging, loading, labeling, and freight verification.
• Supervise warehouse tasks and ensure safety and productivity.
• Complete reports and records in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot machine and equipment malfunctions and report to maintenance.
• Maintain care and preservation of product and proper use of equipment.
