Saddle Creek Logistics Services in Belton, MO is seeking a Line Lead for the 1st shift in our kitting operation. You will direct up to 30 temporary workers, ensure accurate assembly, and coordinate flow with other production areas to meet daily goals.

The role emphasizes hands-on supervision, adherence to safety and quality standards, and effective communication with supervisors and teams. Prior lead or supervisory experience is preferred.
