Job summary

HR HealthCare is seeking a hands-on Line Lead to oversee a production line, ensure GMP compliance, accurate packaging, and proper documentation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will monitor performance, coordinate materials, train new hires, and contribute to safety, quality and continuous improvement while working on a single shift on site in York, PA.

Ideal candidate has at least 1 year of machine operation experience, a high school diploma, and strong mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications

• Must have High school diploma or GED and 1+ years machine operation experience.
• English reading/writing ability required for documentation and SOPs.
• Experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of an assigned production line safely and efficiently.
• Ensure products are packaged, labeled, and documented to high quality standards.
• Monitor production performance and rotate assignments to maximize productivity.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot production equipment and tooling.
• Operate and troubleshoot conveyors, labeling machines, and related equipment.
• Follow SOPs, GMPs, and safety requirements at all times.
• Coordinate timely delivery of materials to lines to minimize downtime.
• Train and mentor new production employees, promoting safe work practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and quality.
