Job summary

DEUTZ Corporation is seeking a Line Lead in the Pendergrass area to oversee engine component cleaning, teardown preparation, and line flow. You will coordinate with supervisors, technicians, and engineers to maintain safety, quality, and productivity on the shop floor.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership abilities, mechanical knowledge of engines and hand tools, and experience mentoring new hires in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills with training experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of engine parts and hand tools.
• Experience training and developing staff using onboarding processes.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees preparation and teardown of engine components for cleaning.
• Directs cleaning and disassembly activities and covers for absent staff.
• Ensures safety and line balance across processes.
• Oversees cleaning stations, inspection, and SAP entries.
• Provides technical support and training to staff.
