Job summary

Mom’s Meals is seeking a Line Lead to learn all line roles, oversee workflow, troubleshoot issues, and provide backup support to the Pack Room Manager. You will fill in for Pack Room positions, guide operators, and ensure line readiness and sanitation.

You will train staff, ensure GMPs and food safety, and coordinate with maintenance as needed while maintaining clear communication across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have prior manufacturing experience on a line.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with GMPs and food safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and backfill line positions, oversee workflow, and coordinate with multiple roles.
• Set up line equipment and ensure proper sanitation and labeling.
• Train and coach new employees, act as go-to person when Manager is unavailable.
• Troubleshoot machine problems and coordinate with maintenance as needed.
• Maintain safe and compliant operations and uphold GMPs.
