FOX Factory in Georgia is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, ensure quality and on-time delivery, and drive continuous improvement on the line. The role requires hands-on leadership, the ability to coordinate staffing, and strong problem-solving skills.

You will mentor staff, monitor machines, and support safety programs while adhering to 5S/Lean practices. A HS diploma and 2+ years of leadership in manufacturing are required, with comprehensive benefits

Position Summary:
Leads and motivates team quality performance, cost parameters, accuracy and speed within a manufacturing production line environment. Arranges daily team activities to ensure smooth workflow, quality production and timely delivery.

Education:
HS Graduate or Equivalent
Experience:
2+ years of manufacturing experience and people leadership required
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
Production/Manufacturing environment
Lifts up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
Requires walking, standing, bending and lifting for long periods of time
Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer
