Position Summary

Leads and motivates team to ensure quality performance, cost parameters, accuracy and speed. Arranges daily team meetings to focus on smooth workflow and timely delivery. Trains new workers on department processes and operation of specific equipment.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

Production/Manufacturing environment. Requires walking, standing, bending and lifting for long periods of time. Lifting up to 50 lbs. on regular basis. Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer.
