Job summary

FOX Factory is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and motivate the manufacturing team on our GA production line. You will drive quality, efficiency, and timely delivery, while mentoring staff and shaping daily workflows.

This role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment and strong adherence to safety and quality standards. Qualifications include 2+ years of manufacturing experience with people leadership, HS diploma, and knowledge of 5S/Lean practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing experience and people leadership required.
• Strong manufacturing knowledge including 5S and Lean Manufacturing.
• General computer skills (Email, Excel).
• Education: HS Graduate or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Gives direction and improvement recommendations for manufacturing processes.
• Ensures compliance with quality, environmental and safety standards.
• Assists with inventory, packaging, shipping/receiving and general facility maintenance as needed.
• Projects staffing for daily and future production needs.
• Monitors machinery, processes and work layouts to recommend improvements.
• May conduct safety and training programs for the production line.
• Mentors line staff and facilitates problem solving.
• Maintains and coaches standard work practices across all processes

Position Summary:

• Strong leadership capability and experience
• Strong manufacturing knowledge (5S, Lean Manufacturing, technical drawing understanding)
• General computer skills (Email, Excel)

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
Production/Manufacturing environment
Lifts up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
Requires walking, standing, bending and lifting for long periods of time
Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer
