Job summary

Stemilt Growers in Washington State is seeking a Night Shift Line Lead to supervise the C Line at Old's Plant. The role involves leading a team, ensuring Stemilt standards, adjusting line speed, and monitoring production quality.

You will oversee about 30 employees, coordinate with the supervisor, and be ready to train new hires. A flexible schedule, weekend availability, and basic computer skills are required; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must know fruit grades/sizes, varieties, machinery and supplies.
• Stand for 8–10 hours minimum.
• Flexible schedule; some weekends required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to train new hires in job functions.
• Make quick, informative decisions under pressure.
• Detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication.
