Job summary

Ultra-Poly Corporation is hiring an Entry-Level Line Feeder Machine Operator to join a hands-on production team. No experience is required as training will be provided; you will operate shredders/grinders, set up equipment, and load materials using a forklift.

You will work 12-hour rotating shifts, stay active on your feet, and follow safety procedures while contributing to a sustainable plastics recycling operation. This is an opportunity to start a long-term career with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 12-hour rotating shifts (7:00 am–7:00 pm or 7:00 pm–7:00 am).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate shredders and grinders.
• Set up machines to meet production schedules.
• Load materials on equipment using a forklift.
• Monitor equipment and make adjustments as needed.
• Follow safety procedures to keep yourself and your team safe.
• Occasionally use forklifts to move materials (not a full-time forklift-only position).
