Ultra-Poly Corporation is hiring an Entry-Level Line Feeder Machine Operator to join our hands-on production team in Portland, PA. You’ll train on equipment like shredders and grinders, set up machines, and load materials using a forklift. You’ll work rotating 12-hour shifts and help maintain a safe, efficient operation.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided to operate line feeder equipment.
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts in a rotating schedule (day or night).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks during shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate line feeder machinery and related equipment.
• Set up machines to meet production schedules.
• Load materials using a forklift and monitor equipment for proper function.
• Follow safety procedures to protect yourself and teammates.
• Assist with basic maintenance and adjustments as needed.
• Demonstrate reliability with strong attendance and teamwork.
