Job summary

Ultra-Poly Corporation is hiring a Line Feeder Operator (Entry-Level) to join a hands-on production team. We’ll train you even if you have no prior experience.

You’ll operate shredders and grinders, set up machines, load materials with a forklift, monitor equipment, and follow safety procedures to keep everyone safe. This role is entry-level with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Able to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (18+).
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening, physical, and drug screen.

What You'll Do

As a Line Feeder Operator, you'll be part of a hands-on production team that keeps our operation running smoothly. No experience? No problem—we'll train you.

Your Day-to-day Will Include

• Operating industrial equipment like shredders and grinders
• Setting up machines to meet production schedules
• Loading materials on equipment using a forklift
• Monitoring equipment and making adjustments as needed
• Following safety procedures to keep yourself and your team safe
• Occasionally using forklifts to move materials (this is not a full-time forklift-only position)

Basic Requirements

• Able to work 12-hour shifts (7:00 am - 7:00 pm or 7:00 pm - 7:00 am)
• Comfortable with a rotating schedule (every other weekend)
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Comfortable working in hot and cold environments
• 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening, physical, and drug screen

Bonus points if you have manufacturing experience, mechanical skills, or basic computer knowledge—but not required.
