Responsibilities

• Prepare and place boxes/super sacks on/off the production line, label, and strap boxes.
• Forward pellet samples to the lab for testing.
• Monitor product quality and record extrusion process information.
• Purge barrel and clean dies, breaker plates, pellet coolers, etc., for product changes and shutdowns.
• Keep extruders and the extruder area clean of powder, pellets, and debris.
• Ensure minimal product defects and downtime due to extrusion operations.
• Eliminate product contamination in boxes.
• Keep work area orderly and clean.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM — $21.50/hour
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM — $23.50/hour
