Ponte Vedra Wine Bar & Restaurant in New York is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our culinary team. You will prep ingredients, operate kitchen equipment, and execute menu items to our exact specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prep Work: Chop vegetables, butcher meat, and prepare sauces according to daily prep lists.
• Station Setup: Stock your assigned workstation with all necessary supplies and ingredients before service.
• Cooking & Execution: Cook menu items using various methods (grill, fry, sauté, bake) to established recipes and quality standards.
• Timing & Plating: Ensure dishes are garnished, plated, and timed perfectly so all food for a table goes out simultaneously.
• Sanitation & Safety: Comply with all health codes, food safety regulations, and sanitation standards.
• Clean Down: Clean and sanitize your station, wrap leftover food, and help with end-of-shift closing procedures.
