Job summary

The Curtiss Hotel is hiring a Line Cook to join our kitchen team in Buffalo, NY. You will prep and set up stations, prepare food to guests’ specifications, and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Reliable transportation is a must; compensation is $18–$22/hour depending on experience.

We offer a fast-paced, upscale dining environment inside a 5-star boutique hotel. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year working in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
• 1 year of culinary education.
• Well groomed, professional appearance.
• Must have flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and some holidays.

The Curtiss Hotel, Buffalo’s only 5-star Hotel, is hiring a few motivated individuals to assist our guests in relaxing and enjoying their time away from home. The Curtiss Hotel is an ultra-luxurious 68 boutique hotel. Our rooms offer our guests a unique stay as we mix high tech with beautiful comfort. The Curtiss Hotel also consists of our Urban Hot Springs, Chez Ami Restaurant (complete with revolving bar), Vue Rooftop Lounge (we have some of the best views of downtown) and the Harlow Spa where our guests can enjoy a HydraFacial or a Massage with one of our fabulous Massage Therapists.

Location: The Curtiss Hotel is located at 210 Franklin St. Buffalo, NY 14202. Reliable transportation is a must.
