This is an AM shift role. Be off every evening!**Position Summary**The Line Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality food in accordance with established recipes, standards, and service expectations. This role requires strong execution, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven kitchen environment.**Key Responsibilities*** Prepare and execute menu items to specification during service* Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards* Set up and stock station with necessary supplies and prep* Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures* Communicate effectively with chefs and team members during service* Assist with prep, cleaning, and closing duties as assigned* Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation* Properly label, store, and rotate products (FIFO)* Support a positive, respectful kitchen culture## Qualifications* Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred* Strong knife skills and basic cooking techniques* Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards* Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented* Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs* Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
