Responsibilities

• Practice safe cooking procedures.
• Scan and understand order tickets quickly and accurately.
• Count wings and fries accurately for each order.
• Coordinate cooking times with timers for wings and fries.
• Season, sauce and package all orders according to standards.
• Count cooked wings and place into correct sauce bowls.
• Cook and prepare wings and fries in proper fryers.
• Refresh fryer shortening daily with proper safety measures.
• Keep the kitchen clean throughout the shift and at closing.
