Craft Tavern, a 65-seat upscale-casual restaurant in Dublin, PA, seeks an experienced Line Cook to join a hands-on kitchen that values quality, consistent execution, and clear communication during busy dinner service.

This full-time, hourly position pays $22-$24 per hour with medical benefits, paid time off, employee discounts, and free parking. Five shifts per week, typically 8–10 hours per shift, with dinner service requirements.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of professional cooking experience preferred.
• Strong knife skills and basic cooking techniques.
• Ability to follow written recipes and instructions.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Reliable, accountable, and comfortable working as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes
• Set up, stock, and maintain an organized station
• Execute dishes with consistent quality, presentation, and timing
