Chili’s in Texas is seeking kitchen team members to help set the pace for great shifts. You will learn recipes, keep the kitchen clean, and ensure orders move smoothly while maintaining safety and hospitality.

Ideal candidates bring a friendly demeanor, ability to work fast, and some food-prep experience. We offer flexible schedules and a supportive team environment.

Role Overview

Our Kitchen, or as we like to say at Chili’s our Heart of House, Team Members are responsible for setting the pace for a great shift, every shift. They provide dependable, fast service that is absolutely Chili’s. If you take pride in great team work, then we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Properly learn and execute all of our recipe procedures


• Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen


• Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures


• Communicate ticket times to Team Members


• Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
