Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group in Devens, MA is hiring immediately for a full-time Cook. Location: Commonwealth Fusion Systems, 117 Hospital Road, Devens. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Previous experience is not necessary, and we provide training to help you succeed in a fast-paced food operation. This role prepares food to standard recipes, ensures proper portions and temperatures, and supports kitchen safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning, meeting outlined standards, ensuring that food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty.
• Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Assists in production planning, record keeping and reporting as required.
• Assists in the ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as required.
• Follows HACCP standards and maintains safe food-handling procedures.
