Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring a full-time Food Service Worker at Commonwealth Fusion Systems, 117 Hospital Road, Devens, MA 01434. Online applications are accepted only; schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:30 pm to 3:00 pm.

No prior experience is required. We offer hands-on training, free meals, uniforms and laundering service at select locations, plus an internal referral bonus for associates.

Qualifications

• No prior experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, presents and serves food as needed.
• Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays of food to and from work stations, stove and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards.
• Stores food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Resolves customer concerns and relays relevant information to supervisor.
