Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and ensuring food is at the correct temperature.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety by cleaning kitchen after preparation and storage of items per standards.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of food and supplies as required and reports maintenance needs.
• Follows HACCP standards and maintains proper serving temperatures and portion control.
