Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required.
• Strong reading, writing, and instruction-following abilities.
• Able to stand, bend, lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to quality and presentation standards.
• Set up and stock stations for shifts with necessary supplies.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling and storage.
• Assist in inventory management and notify management of low stock.
• Keep a clean, organized workspace and collaborate with kitchen staff for timely service.
