Experience a Michelin-caliber atmosphere in an exclusive upscale membership lounge, where guest satisfaction and the highest culinary standards are our top priorities. A Line Cook is the backbone of our operation. We are looking for experienced Line Cooks to join our growing team and help prepare meals according to standardized recipes. Your main goal will be to prepare high-quality meals that meet the Chef's specifications in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include setting up your station, stocking inventory, and maintaining sanitation standards. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and multitasking skills, contributing to guest satisfaction and restaurant growth.

Essential Functions:
  • Set up and stock stations with necessary mise en place
  • Follow instructions from the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and kitchen managers
  • Prepare food for service
  • Cook menu items in coordination with kitchen staff
  • Maintain professionalism and positive attitude with coworkers
  • Ensure food quality and timely delivery
  • Comply with nutrition and allergy regulations
  • Assist with pizza dough preparation and other prep work as needed
  • Pass a Food Handlers Certificate within two weeks of hire
  • Work 40-45 hours weekly, with 8-10 hour shifts
Other Functions:
  • Fill in as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • Maintain health and food safety standards, restocking and sanitation
Physical Functions:
  • Stand/walk for at least 8 hours
  • Lift up to 50 pounds frequently
  • Reach, bend, stoop, carry, climb stairs, manipulate objects, and input data
  • Work in warm and cool environments
  • Tolerate potential allergens such as peanuts, eggs, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood, and shellfish
