Job summary

Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge, part of Pursuit, is seeking a Line Cook I to prepare menu items for dining room using standardized recipes and presentations. You’ll support the Chef, ensure dietary needs are met, and manage production safely.

Qualifications

• Valid Alaska Food Handler’s Certification or equivalent.
• ServSafe Manager certification preferred.
• Knowledge of proper food handling and preparation standards.
• CPR and First Aid training are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items for dining room service using standardized recipes.
• Take directions from Chef and work efficiently with presentations.
• Provide excellent service to guests and team members.
• Meet dietary restrictions and maintain food safety and inventory.
• Assist with provisioning and storage of kitchen items as needed.
