Qualifications

• Good communication and teamwork are essential.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; 3+ years line cook experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare food for residents, guests, and staff.
• Follow planned menus and standard recipes.
• Plate food according to portion guidelines and garnishing instructions.
• Assist other kitchen staff as needed.
• Ensure sufficient food is prepped and cooked.
• Communicate shortages or outages to supervisor.
• Maintain freshness, proper seasoning, and cooking status of foods.
• Stock and clean station for next shift.
• Follow food rotation policies.
• Promote a positive team environment and good relations with residents and families.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and security procedures.
