Job summary

City of Arlington is seeking a restaurant/kitchen staff member to assist with cooking and food preparation, under supervision of the Restaurant Manager. You will supervise kitchen personnel, ensure quality and timely preparation, and use the restaurant POS to fulfill orders.

The role emphasizes maintaining sanitation and back-of-house cleanliness, handling food deliveries, and restocking supplies as needed. Compliance with food-handling rules is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have or be able to obtain a valid Food Handlers Permit.

• Maintain sanitation procedures and organization of work area.
• Maintain cleanliness of back-of-the-house area.

$13.00 - $18.00 per hour depending on experience

THIS POSITION IS HIRED IN THE GOLF DIVISION OF THE PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT.
