• Answer questions about cooking methods, menu items and specials.
• Purchase various food products as directed by Restaurant Manager/Chef, order and receive deliveries, and restock supplies as necessary.
• Maintain sanitation procedures and organization of work area, including cleanliness of back‑of‑the‑house area.
