Qualifications

• Previous cook experience required.
• Strong time management and the ability to multi-task under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with excellent food quality and presentation in a welcoming environment.
• Maintain sound working relationships with teammates and act as an ambassador for the restaurant.
• Follow policies, report maintenance, and ensure sanitation and safety standards.
• Prepare and cook menu items according to specifications, with timely service.
• Assist in daily kitchen cleaning and stock maintenance.
