Job summary

Community First Solutions is seeking a Line Cook for The Patterson, a luxury Memory Care and Assisted Living community. You will prepare meals across kitchen stations, ensuring quality, presentation, and food safety while supporting a warm, restaurant-style dining experience for residents.

The role offers two shifts per week (Saturday and Monday evenings) with starting pay at $16 per hour, based on experience, and opportunities to grow culinary skills within a hospitality-driven team.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical.
• Strong cooking skills and ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Interest in learning and quickly grasping new culinary techniques.
• Ability to measure ingredients accurately.
• Attention to detail with food plating and garnishing.
• Knowledge of food safety, handling, and proper storage.
• Patience, teamwork, and a genuine love for cooking.
• 18+ years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ticketed meals across multiple kitchen stations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Collaborate with the Director of Culinary and Sous Chef to prepare orders.
