Ramsay's Kitchen is seeking a Line Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team in Oklahoma City's premier entertainment district. You will execute menu recipes, maintain top-tier food quality, and manage your cooking station from setup to breakdown, all while upholding rigorous safety standards.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering Gordon Ramsay's standards and hospitality.
• Previous experience as Line Cook or similar in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Solid understanding of culinary techniques and food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Execute menu recipes and ensure proper plate presentation for immediate service.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, portion control, and presentation.
• Manage all aspects of the assigned cooking station, including setup, prep, cleanliness, organization, sanitation, and breakdown.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with restocking and storage of inventory items as needed.
