Job summary

Concord Hospitality Brand is seeking a PM Line Cook for Raleigh Marriott City Center in Raleigh, NC. This role focuses on culinary excellence, following brand recipes, and maintaining safety and presentation standards.

You will ensure proper documentation, assist with ordering and par levels, and communicate guest requests with a positive attitude. Weekend and holiday availability is required as part of a full-time position.

Qualifications

• Prepare food of consistent quality following brand recipe cards
• Proper Documentation on all food containers with rotations per SOP
• Practice safety standards at all times
• Report to work in full clean uniform on time and ready to serve
• Cook orders with adherence to guest requests/special needs in a positive manner
• Be proactive with ordering and pars, food preparations and equipment upkeep to eliminate service obstacles
• Must be available weekends and Holidays

The Raleigh Marriott City Center Downtown Raleigh are hiring a PM Line Cook!

Great Opportunity to bring your culinary skills to Raleigh Marriott City Center Hotel. This position of hotel Cook means you’ll be tempting the palettes of our guests with your attention to detail in presentation, quality, and safe serving temperatures.
