Qualifikationen

• Assist in taking care of guest's needs.
• Set up stations for shifts and reset stations after a shift.
• Properly producing the guest's order.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Putting orders away as they arrive.
• Check product for quality standards.
• Complete daily checklists and par sheets accurately.
• Ensure all produced food meets expectations.

Aufgaben

• A Kitchen Partner can hold many back of the house jobs including Line Cook, Prep Cook, or Dishwasher.
• Reports directly to the Kitchen Manager and other store management.
• Oversees timely production using company recipes and ensures sanitation.
• Manages security and shrinkage control as part of daily operations.
