Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a dedicated food service professional to support daily production and guest service at our venues. You will prepare meals, follow recipes, and work with a team to deliver high-quality food and service.

Responsibilities include maintaining HACCP guidelines, completing production logs, and ensuring food safety and quality while engaging with customers in a friendly, efficient manner.

Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation and handling in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow recipes and quality standards.
• Knowledge of HACCP guidelines and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food according to daily production schedule and recipes.
• Completes and follows production worksheets and waste logs.
• Tastes and ensures quality of prepared meals and serving temperatures.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Stores, labels and dates food items following policy and HACCP guidelines.
• Takes orders from customers and serves items at multiple stations.
