Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items in a sanitary and timely manner as directed.
• Prepare the kitchen before and after service.
• Clean the kitchen before and after service.
• Prepare ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables.
• Stock inventory appropriately.
• Cook dishes under the supervision of the chef.
• Suggest new preparations and menu ideas to the chef.
• Assist the chef in training new staff.
• Follow Bally's Tiverton policies and related duties as assigned.
