We are hiring a Line Cook / Prep Cook at BB's Tex-Orleans. The main responsibilities include preparing and cooking food in specific stations, following recipes, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be punctual.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the preparation station and kitchen are set up and stocked.
• Chop vegetables, cut meat, and prepare sauces.
• Follow instructions from the kitchen manager.
• Maintain health and safety standards in food prep and storage areas.
• Stock inventory and supplies.
• Cook menu items with support from kitchen staff.

Requirements and Skills

• Previous kitchen experience is important.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Willing to work overtime and 50+ hours per week.
