Job summary

Lupe Tortilla Mexican Restaurant is seeking a Line Cook / Dishwasher to join a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen in Atascocita, Texas. The role requires organization, multitasking, teamwork, and a customer-service mindset.

Compensation ranges $15.00 to $20.00 per hour with flexible scheduling, holiday time off, and opportunities for advancement into management. Prior kitchen experience is a plus and food-handler certification may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to obtain a food handler certification.
• Experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow safety and sanitation standards.
• Execution of recipes of plates and food preparation provided by Lupe Tortilla.
• Maintain workspace restocking area as needed.
• Clean and Sanitize all dishware, pots, pans, silverware and glassware throughout the shift.
• Execute opening and closing procedures.
