Job summary

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively with kitchen staff in Mandarin or English.

• Basic knife skills and knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices.
• Willing to learn, take direction, and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to start early shifts at 7:00 am, including weekends and holidays.

• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene guidelines (e.g., HACCP standards).
• Monitor the freshness and quality of ingredients.

Teamwork & Training

• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service operations.
• Be open to training and rotation across different dim sum preparation sections.
• Follow kitchen instructions and support team members when required.
