Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes following recipes, presentation standards, and customer specifications.
• Set up and stock cooking stations with all necessary supplies.
• Cook menu items with the kitchen staff; ensure orders are prepared efficiently and plated with precision.
• Monitor food quality, ensuring dishes meet standards for taste, portion size, and presentation.
• Maintain sanitation and safety in the kitchen, including proper food handling and storage.
• Assist in managing kitchen inventory and communicate shortages to management.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service, especially during busy times.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and report issues.
• Clean and break down the station after service and store food properly.
